he is terrible speaker.. but that doesn't mean he is not capable of thinking through difficult situations and drawing a conclusion plus acting on it.

I have worked with some very bright people and yet, for some reason they loved to form more committees , do more study, look at more alternatives,, why,, something in their chemistry seemed to obstruct the process to come to a conclusion and take action.

other managers would not approved projects unless for months they were pushed to sign off. Usually there would be several signatures of approval before their final approval and everyone would have to be in 100% agreement, the right project , right budget, etc .

do we want leaders like that as President.. didn't we have one in Clinton.. very bright , but before he ever acted he took polls, action was least resistance , or no action.

Just because someone is a great speaker , highly educated, takes all the popular positions , doesn't qualify them for president. we need to see if the person has some type of experience under fire and takes action. I do not see that in the democrat candidates, and find Rudy the only person that has been tested.
