Boy look at the base metals! And dollar very high! Vitamin D, is turning out to be a huge deal in general regarding good health and specifically fighting cancer. There is a pandemic from a lack of Vitamin D in northern climes. Men on the equater have very little prostate cancer. Men in the north have very high rates of protate cancer. Also, probably the reason we always feel so good after going to Hawaii. A normal multi vitamin has 400 IU of Vitamin D. Which the body has trouble using. A day in the sun provides 40,000 IU's! I live quite a bit farther north of Vancouver.
