What a delightful read you blog is. Thank you for sharing the details of your new German friend. He sounds quiet a guy. He has his work cut out with all the building he is planning , to say nothing of the 20 year younger wife and 2 children.
Yes, and I see gold is back "on the path of it's destiny" :} Meanwhile, here in the land of the Evil Empire and particularly, the SouthEastern part, life goes on as normal. The children go to school, the restaurants are full, people eat, drink, work, all oblivious to the oncoming TEOTWAWKI!! In spite of all you might hear to the contrary, homes still sell, mortgages get paid and new ones taken out.
