It's the booze broads and volcanoes that make you feel good in Hawaii. That, and the bromelain from the pineapple. The sun is very dark in AK, except in the summer, when it simply won't go away. They used to be very scared of chalciferol overdose. Now they are not so sure that is the overriding concern. Lack of D3 is now considered much more serious than overdose possibilities. Sun exposure is another thing they are beginning to think is less of a risk from its cancer causing effect (with most people), because the D production from sun outweighs this. Eat buckets of fruit to surfeit. Dance jigs all night, blindfolded, as madmen do. And when all else fails visit all excess and sins to satiation until called up yonder. No sense in gliding into the beyond in abject misery. EC<:-}
