"Sunshine and 50's today. Decisions decisions...do I go out & play in the yard again; pretending it's spring. OR...do I do anything BUT go out in the yard and pretend it's spring. I'm still feeling the effects of Monday's "foray into spring"!!!" Well, I'm glad that the frigid temperatures have abated and you have to make these types of decisions, instead of worrying about the ice and snow! It's amazing how the mind thinks, "Wow, let's work in the yard and get some things done". The body, at the mercy of the mind, objects to doing this, but being the servant that it is to the brain, goes along. BUT, it has it's ways of letting the brain know how displeased it was for the workout by making the body ache and groan for the next few days. My mind still thinks it's 16 years old, but my body QUICKLY lets it know that we are not that young anymore<g>! I'm hoping to get out for my afternoon walk today. The temps are in the 70's and it is sunshine and clear. Such a Chamber of Commerce type day in N. Florida. P
