Heads Up yesterday the alternation algorithm started; leading to new highs on several issues this AM>, you will begin to see that the static units grinding near there trading range lows, will begin moving up, and those last periods dynamic units, will retrace some % of thier moves. The best buys on the sheet as of this morning are EM900,MD700, L0701L0702, L0709, NN400. Each should rally nicely over the next 10 to 12 sessions, when the alternation algorithm will kick in again. We are not contributing inventory to the recalibration off the lows of very scarce stocks. We see these initial moves as precursors to expanding ranges in the face of long standing imbalances. If you've been reading long enough you know exactly what we mean.
