It is just lithography equipment market. It has nothing to do with AMAT for now. IMHO, it may create the opportunity for AMAT to enter lithography market if the project make huge advance. My reason is when you have huge technology leap you level the playing field. With billion dollars at hands and hugh customer base, it will not be too difficult for AMAT to break Nikon's grip on lithography market.

IMHO, protecting the weak is not the way to make a country stronger.
