RG, What does this merger mean to us, the stockholders? What is the value of our shraes? Will we be able to get 20-100/share as a squeeze progress's or will it be about $4? We know the float is 1.6 mil, but how many shares does the cartel, calvery, etc control? If the answer is >3.2 mil., the sky will be the limit. Les then 3.2 and we might have some problems. Do the shareholders have to aprove this merger?

I still have not recieved my shares. I was told today that they were ordered.
