Coffee shop stuff. Guy came in with his girl friend, looked at Tony, got hinky looking and left. Tony's an average size guy and average looking so this was odd. Asked Tony about the guy. Tony said the guy offered to sell him 3 kilos of cocaine at a good price and had it with him. At the time Tony was working undercover for the DEA, was wired and had a camera running. The guy just got out of 10 years in a cage with no face to face sex.
