I'm not a TA person but I agree that OO has hit bottom. ( However, when it was at 12, I didn't think it would break below 11.) I still think it will start to go up NOW if RAYS #'s are positive. If not, I think it will start to go up after dismal earnings are reported on the theory that the absolute worst HAS to be over.
