With a SPAC, you are buying the prowess of the management team. For this reason, I purchased the Marathon Acquisition units. Marathon is headed up by Michael Gross, founder of Apollo Investment. George Soros has a major stake in MAQ.

I also like the USQ units, though I do not yet have a position. Union Street's management also has considerable business development and private equity experience.
