Well they don't all have them. In some ways tattoos are an improvement from the old days. When I was a kid it was harder to tell at a glance that someone is a complete idiot. The photos of leaders looking through binoculars are hilarious, but everyone does this. And they remove them a few seconds later. Tattoos stay on forever. -- Carl
