Two days of 10M+ up volume within a week of each other, implies
a clear sign of lift off, imho. I think we have left the 2-3 range for good. Also check out JTS ... showed some spark recently. 1.5G disks have a huge market for its price range. As mentioned earlier, I'm thinking of buying one for myself. The relative utility of +500M space for a portable media is not that great for me (especially when you consider +$150 or so, more $$ you have to fish out for it). Imho, they would sell (or must be selling right now) like hot cakes. In NY/NJ area, the weekend advts. of various stores have started displaying these category of products rather prominently for the upcoming Christmas season already. A neighbor is asking his kid to have his own 1.5G for designing all the hi-fi graphics he needs for his Christmas cards. Another teen carries his 1.5G everyday to his school ... afraid of keeping it home, suspecting, if left it at home, they will all see the tons of 3-D images/photos of his girlfriend, which he has scanned/downloaded on it, by his free email account! I guess, this new generation needs equal quantities of gum, reversed-hats, purposely-torn-shorts and 1.5G drives! :-) Anyway, at least its soooooooo gooood for SYQT!

regards to all,
-/Sonny.
