NEOL...I'm in at 1.92..like you have been watching it for awhile and just didn't get in. According to Stock Consultant, there is no R over 1.96 and the target is 2.38. With the stock basing so long in a range and with that big drop, it was hard for me to read a potential target so I went there. stockconsultant.com
