Bill, As you should know, the SEC has told Bill C. that he is unable to disclose start date/time even to the limited partners. What you are asking for is considered "inside information" of material impact to the stock price, and thus, not available to anyone who doesn't happen to drive by the unit in Charleston and witness it personally. Maybe you can take a road trip for us and give an "on the spot" report... :0) Regards, Ron
