Nice gain and volume for this sleepy stock. No news that I saw. Any possible takeover would be hard for any non domestic company as Olin owns Winchester. Small caliber ammunitions is not on the easy takeover approval list. Any hypothetical possible bid will under go close FTC scrutiny. Asset sale or JV seems more likely. Aluminum yes -Brass ? NOVELIS pall-times.com
