Indeed it is not.

I'm not saying its false. I'm not saying there is better information supporting the other side of the argument. I'm not saying the earth has not warmed, and that human emitted CO2 is likely the biggest cause of recent warming.

But likely, isn't certainly.

The report combined with other information may be enough to reasonably conclude that global warming from human emitted CO2 is happening, but it isn't enough to label doubters as crackpot flat earthers.

More importantly it isn't enough to support something like the Kyoto treaty, or more extreme measures. There isn't enough evidence about future global warming to support such expensive measures, also even if we knew how much the globe would warm, and it was severe, what should be done and how to do it, are economic and political issues, not issues that a climatologists can determine.
