I had a wolf/hybrid that would not hurt a fly but he also did not wag his tail and had a very inquiring look. He was raised by two Pyrenees females that took him on patrol every night which was a four mile circuit. The patrol included investigating the back porches of about 8 houses and anything that was not tied down wound up in my garage. The loot usually included shoes, boots, toys, snowmobile helmets, lunch buckets, tools... They would also drag back any road kill they found which sometimes included dead calves they found tossed out of the feed lot. It was never the same day twice with Anika and Francesca. They kept the wolf/hybrid tuned in and obedient from puppy stage and he was a perfect angel while all his siblings were eventually destroyed for aggressive behavior such as killing colts and calves and biting people.
