CA is a cash cow. They were looking for OXY to run it for them in a long time ago JV. FTC wouldn't let it happen. Generally 150 million in sales and 50 million in profits from it. If something internal does comes to bear fruit. IMO the board members are metals guys. They would keep the metals business.
