I have problem seeing the charts as well. Somehow IE does not understand the file type and shows just a small coloured rectangle where the chart should be. To work around the problem I save the complete page to disk and then open the file sc.png in the saved folder with another program other then IE. It works but I think it should not be this convoluted. I already tried on 3 different PCs and I always get the same problem.
