I don't give a tinker's dam what rink thinks of AMD as an investment. His scorched-earth policy on "his" board has gone way too far. As for his rules, they are far from "simple" when you review his use (read: interpretation) of those "simple" rules and his issuance of punishment. His board manager role has gone to his head and he has ruined the board, IMO. Human interaction involves an amount of what you call chatter. The way rink manages the board, it has become a sterile environment where butt-slapping rules and reasonable but dissenting opinions are subject to his subjective whim. Although I don't expect rink to get over his bad self.
