To All:

I don't understand why NCR is trading at the 35-37 range. I think it should still be trading at the 29-33 level. I have not heard any news that indicates that they will have a positive quarter. I do believe that as a long term stock it is a good investment. I'm not sure they're going to make 3rd Qtr. estimates. I could be wrong, but I don't think so.

I have heard rumors that Dell is looking at NCR's CSG Division as a takeover target. CSG is primarily everything except Retail and Financial.

If someone can explain the recent stock move, please explain. I am currently looking at a re-entry after 3rd Qtr results.

Thanks,

Mister T.
