When Putin acts rather than talks i will pay attention. He says one thing and then does what Bush wants, has been his pattern.

Regards trying ameliorate Putin actions in Chechnya can NOT be done, it is a moral impossibility.
His acts are as EVIL as Bush, they BOTH are War Criminals guilty of atrocities, you will never hear me speak well of Putin ever.(same goes for China's Hu)
