I am going to give this warning to everyone this one time.

Posts such as yours don't conform to the spirit of this thread (read the thread header).

Regular posters here know that the RE appreciation in the last decade has been fueled by the credit bubble. The credit bubble is bursting. Buying may be better, but it depends on the circumstances.

If anyone else makes a statement such as that which I am responding to without presenting some facts to support it will result in the poster being banned.
