You Canadians and your damn winters. I swear you guys have that weather just to discourage immigrants from the States. But we're doing what we can about that. Leading the Americas in those nasty emissions Kyoto goes on and on about, we are doing our best to make Canada more habitable during the winter months. It is, however, taking longer than planned. And I'm not getting any younger. Bush has less than 2 years left.........and for all I know Al Gore will assume the throne and reverse our beautifully devious efforts to make Canada Carribean-like.

If you can help in our efforts, we're listening.
