Craig et al. I have another piece of speculation. Dale Showers just stepped down from the BOD and was holding a lot of shares. He is no spring-chicken and may have opted to dump more quickly as he is no longer an insider and is not as accountable to the investment community. Also, is Steve O. just sitting tight on his considerable position? These on top of the 560,000 shares of Reg-D that have converted could certainly cause the MMs to lose their short term effulgence for the stock, especially given the lack of news to help their cause.
