I'm not sure how that would work since I am assuming all of the stocks wouldn't fall at the same time.

Maybe I don't understand the question.

I start tracking the lows once price has hit my profit target or once price breaks out into a momentum move, like most of the uranium stocks have done.

With regard to charting, feel free to hang around, as I do try to explain how to use charts to support the fundamentals, but more specifically how to use charts to time buy and sell decisions.
