XM trimmed its operating loss by more than $150 Million this year -- a year in which everyone agrees retail was soft for satellite radio and subscriber growth generally sucked.

Frontmed! Did you listen to the CC? I tried to listen to most of it but was distracted here at work. Did they mention anything about the Legal issues going forward? I did hear anything other than the woman anal asking farting about the RAF bla. Yea it was lousy earnings but now that it's all out, the rest is about fixing the subscribing dilemma and getting merged.
