Michael, I couldn't agree more with you. And ditto that for the US and Iran....we need to think more strategically, too. When I look at Iran, I see a resource rich country that is inching toward a more democratic and less fundamentalist social structure. Russian, China, Shell Oil are forming economic partnerships that are shutting us out with regard to those resources. Maybe this is what has the Bush admin. so determined to bait that idiot MA???? Perhaps the Bushies are angry over the missed opportunities that their "axis of evil" posture has wrought??
