More likely GRNO's lawyers (big love/hate relationship here!) have muzzled Bill. However, on the surface it seems ridiculously conservative (read paranoid) to withold the startup date of the the LP unit if all of the legal ducks are in a row to do so. If I am a limited partner, I can't get an update on the progress of my own project?
