Thing that scares the beejeezus out of me is someone riding up over me from behind. Happened to one of our local winemakers last summer. I can control whether I enter an intersection or not, and I'm pretty alert to entering and crossing traffic. Not a lot you can do about a bozo behind, even if you can hear.
