I like Energy Fuels (EFR.V). They have a couple of properties that should be able to start producing ore this year. Right now they are trying to get a milling arrangement nailed down, preferably at White Mesa. The EFR team built the White Mesa mill in a previous company (EFNI). Very strong team, deep industry experience, lots of cash in the bank.
