Syncrude your quote: KRY only has an operating contract, and as such, I can't see how they can book reserves on their books, they simply don't own the assets. Like I said show me 3 mines that actually own their assets in the dirt. I know of 2 in North America and they own them because their families had mineral rights back in the early 1900's.

You failed to answer my questions and probably failed to read the MOA so I expect this conversation may not last too long.

Perhaps you should take your booking their reserves claim up with the SEC.

As far as your reference to "A sad history for shareholders" I disagree, this like ARU is a traders dream stock. I started buying it 16 months ago in the $1.40 range, I have sold and repurchased on numerous occasions but have always maintained a long position. Things are happening down in Venny these days and I am confident it won't be long before a permit to mine it will be issued it will then become a traders dream once again.

Cheers BritNick
