When Saddam was in power, he was killing insurgents (basically), now we have allowed different factions in Iraq to kill each other- since they seem to be doing the killing at an even greater rate than Saddam killed people, I'm not sure I see the net gain. And when you begin to contemplate that we may soon have a regional war, and/or a religious government in Iraq, where before we had a secular one, I'm seeing even less benefit.

It's super you're all unhappy about the mass graves; I salute your awesome humanity. But I'm not sure being blown up is all that much better- and if we've just spent all this US money, and military might on switching from seeing Saddam executing people, to seeing the civil war factions blow them up (as well as torture and execute them and dump their bodies around the country), I'm really not seeing a fabulous net gain. Perhaps you can explain the great humanitarian gain you are seeing?

It's not looking so fabulous to me.
