man... how much has happened in these years.

i'm proud of myself, but still have some expectations.
as for mortgage rates i remmeber they used to be 4.5% now they are around 6.3% and they are calling for foreclosures in 2008. subprime mortgages are already hurting bad.. funny how the loop continues to close in... i must continue to charge!
