Sorry board I know I said I wouldn't respond to FF ever again on this board but he is questioning my integrity and is falsifying my history. With the risk of sounding pompous here is my last response to FF, on the SI board: I promiss.

In mid-July I recommended a hold on ARU, they then had a big strike in August after it corrected down off the $20.00 range. (Reasons were valuation based on resource estimates at that time)

Obviously it was a buy after the August strike but admittedly I did not post this intention.

In November I recommended a sell until the dust settles after Correa was elected, I still held a small position and sold then went to the sidelines. On February 13th and 14th I made the following posts, if these are not positive buy signals I don't know what are:

From February 14th: This stock has corrected significantly now and I do not see much more downside unless we are blind sided by the Ecuadorian Government or the North American press. As far as the upside goes I don't see any 52 week highs in the near future either unless something very good comes out of the political arena. I definately do not see a takeover or us breaking $40.00 again until these questions are answered. Close $26.88

From February 13th: Title "Nice Move" Lets hope this $25.00 level is never breached again, seems to be the new resistance point. Close $25.40

Previous to these two posts I informed the board of my re-entry into ARU slightly below 30.00 and again in around 27.50.

To answer your question Fred my current position is to Hold unless of course you don't have any, in that case my recommendation is to take up a position before it gets to $35.00 but not a full position until the Geopolitical situation becomes a lot clearer. Short of getting something from the horses mouth buy signals could come via CTQ or DMM making headway with their projects. I have said this before but you fail once again to remember or have a very selective memory.

Here is my post from February 16th to which you failed to respond:

You were wrong when you said this is a great but at $35.00.

You were wrong when you said there is no geopolitical risk.

You were wrong when you said that ARU management will determine the in situ value.

You were wrong when you quoted buy out percentages per ounce to expect.

If people would have listened (some did) they would have stayed on the sidelines once Correa was elected at $40.00 and bought the stock when it showed resistance to dipping below $25.00. I pointed this resistance out and the savy ones re-entered or entered for the first time.

I would expect that this board is sick of me defending my position and I am certain they are sick of your useless rebuttals and incessant Ha ha ha's.

I still highly recommend not to become fully invested until the government shows some signs of keeping their hands off mining.

Take up a position now but save the rest for a less risky time. I stand behind my position that this stock is stuck below $40.00.

I will qualify this opinion with the following Caveats.

The POG stays within 10% of today's value, the resources are not significantly upgraded and the Government do not clarify the future rules for the mining Industry (or show positive signs like letting CTQ get back to business or issuing DMM some permits).

If none of the aforementioned occurs there is no way this stock goes past $40.00. And there is no way a take out will happen north of $40.00.

Conversely if one or more of the above Caveats do occur, investors will have ample opportunity to get in before $40.00 and they will do it with less risk.

I have stated my position now what is yours?, I don't expect you to make any predictions or answer the bell because every time I have asked, you skirt the questions. Come on fred lets see who is on the ball.

What is your advice and when do you see this play blasting through $40.00?

Cheers BritNick

I am obviously not a professional trader just a gold bug trying to make a buck in this bull market. Once again I apologize to the SI board for fighting with Fred.
