....I assume your warrants could expire worthless? Certainly. If EPM went to $ 1.20 and stayed there then at May 08 the warrant has no value but the stock's value is still worth $ 1.20. Koan says "why would anyone buy the stock instead of the warrant?". This makes me chuckle because if no one supports the stock by buying it, the warrant holders lose. I saw this occur in a stock about 7 yrs. ago .
