Regardless of the reason, I think they missed an opportunity. In any case, the most important thing is the reason for the stay (hopefully, the arbitration) and the likely resolution that can get the ITC suit back on track. This case represents the best chance at forcing a settlement with Nokia during 2007. Without a win here, we are looking at a very long series of legal cases..... Slacker
