Well, the day has come and almost gone (9:30 pm EST) and no BT announcement. Call me a skeptic; however, neither the price nor the volume indicate any announcement is imminent. Is this more hype to prop up share price while the company unloads more shares???

By the way Rick - when's the shareholder meeting?
