It is well known in old culture, that you can miss some parts of a word(symbolic) to get people's attention. Or call people by another name?

What, "Old culture?" No joke, I have *never* heard of this before and besides the NE of the U.S.A., I have lived for a number of years in E. Africa and Islamic N. Africa. So, what you claim as being, "Well known," is not in these areas.

Calling a person by a name other than his/her correct name is considered down-right rude, an indication that the speaker is not paying attention because the person being addressed is not important (in the speaker's mind). Nick names or pet names are different; both assume a personal relationship between the people.

Arthur: Is English a second language for you? One learned as an adult? Your postings are next to impossible to understand due to your writing style. If you were one of my students (university), I would refer you to the writing center [and wonder why you were accepted in the first place given the university].
