Phaedrus: It's not only the Press that's un-informed. A lot of "experts" haven't seen FC coming yet. I'm far from an expert myself, but I've been following EMLX & ANCR for 18 mos. now, & doing a good bit of reading. It's a genuine technology with genuine standards & sales. And those sales are going to grow a LOT. EMLX is a good, solid co. w/ a good hold on their niche it seems. I'd say you're quite safe buying here in the $16/$18 range (which is where I bought in some mo's ago). Hold for a yr & you'll be happy; hold for 2 or 3 & you'll be ecstatic. Our dept. where I work had a PhD student who's part of a family computer consulting business come do a 6 hour review of networking, inter/intra-net basics. He also teaches some classes on that & related areas at local university. I asked him what he thought about fibre channel... "That's some kind of ATM, isn't it? Don't know much about it." (He had THAT right!) Good luck to us all.
