You're again discussing the forced removal of Saddam and whether that was legally justified, and not who is legally responsible for the bad behviour by the Iraqi citizens that followed.

For the sake of argument lets say removing Saddam was totally illegal. Who is responsible legally in Iraq tomorrow if Abdul the Sunni kills Sultan the Shia? Legal responsibility for tje death of Sultan the Shia lies with George Bush or with Abdul the Sunni?

It's not that hard of a question.
