I had posted earlier that Warburg had sold a portion of their LGND holdings out of their Emerging Growth fund. They do hold LGND in another Warburg fund. I hope that the fact they sold it out of the Emerging Growth fund doesn't have a bad connotation for the future of LGND. If my memory serves me, they held a little under 500,000 shares.
