Minute 5:20 or so into the call he says their exposure to subprime market was limited to four transactions.
"Our equity positions are not substantially at risk from the performance of the 2006 subprime vintage" and have otherwise hedged their positions and pricing discipline requires that they adequately price for risk and will opt out in tight spread situations.
