Tom Dorsey ,the grand ayatollah of Point and Figure TA, was just on Bloomberg TV and what he said was solid discipline speak. He says per P&F rules when NYSE stocks BP has been at the high sustained levels they have been at then any 6% drop in the BP is a "GO TO DEFENSIVE!" signal. He states yesterday's NYSE BP dropped 4.6%. So the "Go To Defensive" has not been given, but it is damn close, so watch carefully. i will be checking that carefully. O yes, Tom Dorsey says, their discipline is rigid, they are not allowed to guess it will go to 6% drop from last BP high, they must wait for it to happen. i see Tom D. is finally showing his age. i used to think he was a fat man but was later to find out that under his suit is contained a body of a lifetime weightlifter:) Max
