Looks to me like you compared 2 cores to 1 core in the SEPCint2006, and 4 cores to 1 core in the FP You are a one confused dude. cpu2006 int/fp (not rate) is a single-thread benchmark suite. It makes no difference if you are running on a 4, 2 or 1 core system. Only one core is being tested.
