Looks like the insiders are buying ahead of news. Could there be MORE than one oil service contract on the way? The equipment looks so promising, I would think many contracts will be signed. Soon. There was a reason this stock traded at $4 before, and the long wait? Growing pains? I'll bet. I been onto them since July, buying them down & dumping other stocks for RGBL. These guys know how to run a company, and be bought out. I guess 2 years.
