Don't get me wrong. I always thought the Tandberg deal was bad for ARRS. It's like the Cheerleader leading on the geek to get the star quarterback jealous. Tandberg got the offer they wanted from ERIC. ARRS hit a home run with VOIP and CMTS. They should just get small companies paid for with cash. ARRS's PE is less than 10. The stock should be doubled on current value.
