ARRS used to be owned by TCI.

It was TSX then, but did a bad fiber optics video system and had to be merged into Antec(also owned by TCI), which later turned into ARRS.

I suggested to use NT multiplexer licence and fiber optics with ipTV. Now it is high speed gigabyte fiber optics system.

There are always M&A activity with a bigger investor out there. The profitablity attracts all kinds of people. So, ARRS has poison pills many years ago.

If ARRS is $100, many people would say buy me. At $15, we will go it alone and get to $100 first.
