I can't think of anything that was more stressful then when my daughters began driving. Knowing how many idiots there are on the road and then turning beginning drivers loose is just nerve wracking. You will have some sleepless nights when that happens. On the plus if you have 2 kids that need to get to an after school function you now won't have to do it yourself once you have another driver in the family. Being in rural area make it much easier though. I can't imagine having a child starting to drive in a major metro area.
